The first part of the answer to #2: We have by tradition counted 10 points for QSO outside your call area and 5 points inside.

The second part of the answer: All claimed scores will be recalculated, no need to upload logs again.

The conclusion is a W2 to W2 QSO is 5 points. A W2 to W6 QSO is 10 points.

And what is the answer to question#2? What is the value of a QSO between different US call areas eg W6 to W3? 5 or 10 pts?
