Absolutely! This past weekend the level of RTTY QRM to JT65 and JT9
frequencies was extreme.
Also note that transceivers generally display the *MARK* frequency
in RTTY mode. Since RTTY "shifts down" from the MARK, one should
not attempt to operate at 14.080.000 as that will put QRM into almost
250 Hz at the top of the JT9 "center of activity".

that is 14.076 - 14.078 for jt-65 and 14.078 - 14080 for jt-9. The following
list the jt-65 frequencies and the jt-9 frequencies are simply 2 khz higher.
