[RTTY] Lid Lists

Right on Tom. We all learned from our mistakes. Instead of putting 
someone a list. Try helping him. The problem with lists is that once you 
make to that level you are either accepted or banned. We all were 
accepted by our fellow Hams as Newbies and were encouraged. Well that is 
how it used to be. Anyway we all need to give some slack. Get over it
