Note - the process always includes a "Reply comment" window that
permits interested parties to respond specifically to comments
filed in the proceeding (but only respond to comments - not raise
new issues). In an issue this important, be prepared to file
reply comments if the Winlink syncophants file their typical lies
and self-serving distortions of fact.

Indeed, please take a little time to formulate a reasoned response. Don't
shoot off a note right away, but be certain not to miss the 30 day deadline. I
am sure there are enough people on this reflector to warn us when the deadline
approaches.
This deadline may be more important than any deadline for contest submissions
that you have been involved in.
