[RTTY] ICOM settings for MMTTY

I can’t get radio commands to work with MMTTY and my IC-7000. It works on other 
programs like MixW. Can some kind soul give me their ICOM IC7000 settings for 

Radio Command/Setup MMTTY/Commands
