These *are as you note comments on the comments, reply comments, and 
post-comments made to the FCC. *Not comments made by members to the ARRL 
band planning folks.  Probably a good thing for the EB to review and 
then to recommend withdrawal of the petition.  So the EB is *not* 
reviewing the stuff due by the 29th but the actual input made to the FCC.
