John,
1. Click on the drop down box next to the list name.
2. Click "Filter messages from this mailing list"
3. Click "Create filter with this search"
4. Check "Never send it to Spam"
5. Click "Create Filter"
It should show your messages when you create a new thread. I don't
think it will reflect back replies.

In Gmail, you can use a filter to prevent messages to the list from
being sent to spam. This also has the effect of showing your own post
reflected back to you.

I have used a gmail-based email provider for years and have always been
annoyed by their policy of not sending me copies of my own posts. They

it is to reduce congestion, but that's nonsense. I WANT to see my own
posts
to be sure they got through and so they fit logically into a thread.
If this bothers you like it did me, dump gmail and sign up with
outlook.com.
They have no such policy and it is also completely free.
I wish I had done it years ago.

You get a copy of your post immediately in your in box but it's not back
from the reflector, at least that is what it looks like to me.
