The major changes are: Now does FSK TX via COM port with choice of
DTR/RTS/TxD output and compatible with N1MM+.

Extensive Documentation changes - please read. Title bar displays correctly
with N1MM and N1MM+. Di AFC on/off button implemented. Di reverse shift
button reverses RX decode but not TX. When opened in RX only window will
always start with AFC on. In main Di window will remember closing status of
AFC and Net. Di ham default button sets AFC shift to zero.
Added COM port FSK using DTR/RTS/TxD lines with changes to Setup Dialogue.
Different copies of 2Tone can use same COM port for TX see documentation.
DOOK added (Differential On/Off keying of Mark and Space tones). When using
pFSK & FSK, status bar will show Net off.
