[RTTY] Win-Test RTTY User

I would like to dialogue with contesters and DXpeditioners who use Win-Test
in the RTTY mode.  In particular, I'm interested in the details of how they
do callsign stacking for tailenders and multiple calls from a pile-up.  This
is for a future RTTY Contesting column in the NCJ.
