frequency at the time I sent the note.  You can see the spots:

I worked W1AW/4 (GA) on 3.58385 on 19-Dec-2014 at 1252z.  I only log QSO
freq but as I recall I worked him up ~ 1.5.  When was W1AW/4 calling up too
high?  Looked normal-normal to me
