[RTTY] NAQP @ 10m

Looking at the 3830 scores, it seems like 10m favored the west coast and to a 
lesser extent, the south and east.  While there may have been plenty of 10m RF 
flying OVER the midwest, almost none of it was arriving IN the midwest!
