We are going around again on the reason for the trailing CQ. It saves us from
having to wait to see if the caller was calling someone or calling CQ. Anything
to save us some time is good.
If you want to argue about whether a space should be in a reply because it
takes time in milliseconds, how can you argue about this that takes a lot of
time?
