RTTY by WF1B is a DOS program. It will run in a DOS shell on certain early
version Windows machines such as Windows 95 and maybe 98. I doubt it will run
on XP or later machines.
MMTTY is a good place to start with RTTY on new Windows machines. There is a

WF1B software is probably too old to run on your computer. Try MMTTY.
