You didn't say which program, but this looks like N1MM+ with the individual
columns in the Log window set to extremely narrow widths.
First make the Log window wide enough to display all of the logged
information. Next, right-click in the Log window and select the "Delete
custom column widths" option. This should restore the initial as-installed
default column widths.
There is a right-click option which will make the columns in this window
just barely wide enough to display the information they contain and no
wider - it's called "Auto-Set Column Widths". Note that if after invoking
this option you change the font size using the font sizer at the top right
of the window, the auto-set widths will no longer be appropriate. One way
you could have gotten into this mess is by invoking the auto-set option
with the font size set very small, then increasing the font size to the
point that the columns can only hold one or two characters at the new font
size.
If you don't like either the as-installed default or the auto-set widths,
you can use the mouse to change the width of each individual column by
hovering over the header row and moving the mouse over the divider between
two columns. The cursor will change from the usual hollow arrowhead to a
plus sign with tiny arrowheads on the left and right bars. Left-click, and
while holding the left mouse button down, move the mouse to make the column
to the left of the cursor wider or narrower, as you choose. This will be
remembered until the next time you invoke one of the two right-click
options.
