Definitely open to the Caribbean and South Atlantic. Worked FS/W9ILY, NP3RE,
KP4/K6UFO. VP8NO answered my CQ as did KI6DY in KS. My first contact was
Charles in MS - KK5OQ.

Hint: If you are in the USA, try beaming the Caribbean. You might be able to
work USA on backscatter.
