Here's a reminder about some SD features for the ARRL
DX SSB contest this weekend.
When entering the state abbreviation, you can use any
"reasonable" abbreviation, up to 4 characters, and SD
will convert this to the correct 2-character code. For
example, NEV will change to NV, MASS will change to MA,
and MAIN will change to ME.
You can enter F, on its own, for Florida (FL) and B,
on its own, for British Columbia (BC).
To see a band analysis for any state, simply type the
2-character abbreviation in the callsign field - then
use Esc or minus to clear the callsign field.
To see a band analysis for all states, press F3 (with
Caps Lock Off).
After the contest, use SDCHECK to create your Cabrillo
format .LOG file, rename it to your call and email it,
as an attached file, to dxphone@arrl.org
