When you buy SD the key will allow you to download and use new
versions up to one year afterwards - you can still use existing
versions with not time limit. You don't say what Type contest you are
trying to run, some run unlimited in Demo mode, others are restricted
to 30 QSOs. And I gather some others have reported problems with key
files with the latest version, not the case here (but I only use
SDDOS).
In all probability your key file has expired and you need to renew
with Paul!

As far as I know SOUND is not a recognised command in SD so it will
consider it as a normal call entry.
