[SD-User] VFO Swap

Is there a way to send commands to Icom radios?  Specifically, I would like
to swap VFO's (A/B) for RUN/S&P with an IC-706MKIIG.  Any hints are
appreciated.  Paul - keep up the great work - it is appreciated.
