Hi Malcolm

I have had a look at those memories and yes you are right. Hit the # key and 
the screen is back to normal.
And Paul, those wav files now have enough volume on them to operate my stand 
alone VOX so I now have no problems feeding them into the DVS-2 jack on the 
FT1000. Thanks a lot.
