The European HF Championship takes place on Saturday 6th August
from 12:00 - 23:59 UTC. This is a single-op event with high and
low-power (100w) sections for CW, SSB and Mixed.

Rules at http://lea.hamradio.si/~scc/euhfcrules.htm - although the
site seems to be down at present

SD directly supports this contest. V11.33 runs on any Windows PC
and is freeware from www.ei5di.com.

Select SD Type 4 - General, Area Multipliers.

Multipliers Count : B (by band)
Points per CW QSO : 1
Points per SSB QSO : 1
Pts/Bonus : 0 (multipliers)
Name of .MLT file : EUHFC
Receive serials? : N
Mode : SSB or CW
Mixed-Mode Contest? : Y or N (your choice)

If Mixed:
Mults count both modes? N
Work same station
        on both modes? Y
________________________________________________

Work Europeans only (there are no country multipliers) on all
6 bands from 160 to 10 metres.

Exchange:
59(9) + 2-digit number representing the year you (the
operator) personally received your first official amateur
licence. Do NOT give the year the call used was first
  issued, if different.

Each different year received counts once as a multiplier
on each band, regardless of mode.

Work European stations only - SD shows non-EU callsigns and
prefixes in red. DX cluster and spotting nets are not
permitted in any category.

After the contest, use SDCHECK Option 1 to create your Cabrillo
.LOG file. Send it as an attached file to euhfc@hamradio.si.

73,
Paul EI5DI
