My understanding is that you can EITHER
- leave your PC running UTC and tell Windows that you are in the UTC
timezone
OR
- set your PC to local time and set the time zone you are actually in.
Either way, SD should log the contacts in UTC.
Having the set time and the declared time zone inconsistent is asking
for trouble...
