[SD-User] What does *GM/s mean?

Have used SD again after a while and noticed prefix *GM/s within the list of
EU prefixes, in addition to GM.
It appears that GM stations I worked were logged against GM prefix, whereas
an MM station was logged
Against *GM/s. Can someone explain please.
