Holyland Contest:
Added support and templates for both sides.
EU HF Championship:
SDCHECK suggested an incorrect contest name.
Fixed.
WAE QTCs:
After restarts, the Score window counted QTCs
twice, the quota returned to 0 for non-EU
entrants, and the quota ignored previous QTCs
with/from that station. Fixed.
QTC totals are now shown by band.
After sending QTCs, the CW repeat of the QTC
Reference has been removed.
After receiving QTCs, the QTC reference is
confirmed on CW.
Cabrillo Log. Updated to include QTC totals
by band. The QTC records are now appended
to the QSO records in the .LOG file, so that
only the .LOG file is needed for your entry.
