Updated according to latest CTY.DAT from AD1C.
Ukraine DX Contest:
Fixed bug caused when an area code was entered
before the callsign (for Ukrainian calls). This
applied to any contest (Type 10) with area and
country mults where the "home" country gives an
area code but no serial. Thanks G4OGB.
PAQP - Pennsylvania QSO Party:
Added support & templates for both sides.
Note: SD scores all CW QSOs at 2 points.
SDV - FM.
Fixed the FM command, to change mode to FM.

TOEC:
Updated the template to correct a scoring error.
CAQP - California QSO Party:
Corrected two county abbreviations. Removed RST
from Cabrillo QSO records. Thanks W4PM.
Oceania Contest - and others with prefix multipliers.
Fixed a bug which incorrectly flagged some QSOs
as mults. Thanks ZL2AWH.
PACC:
Updated PACC.CTY supplied. Thanks PF5X.
EU Sprint & RSGB 80m Sprint:
Cabrillo logs now allow for 4 digits in Serial
