All my experience of SD (13.34) has been on CW using Winkey USB which works
beautifully.

I have not used SD for phone contests until now. I have a Windows XP laptop
with built in soundcard (as normal these days) but I want to use a
Tigertronics Signalink USB to provide audio to the transceiver.

This is not just the usual soundcard interface but contains its own USB
soundcard. This means the PC has effectively two soundcards available to
Windows. You can almost consider this device to be the phone equivalent to
Winkey USB, I guess

Is there a way to configure SD to use the Signalink's sound device rather
than the default Windows sound card? It is of course possible to change the
default sound device in Windows Control Panel to the Signalink one but this
will need to be changed everytime that SD is used. This would also result in
Windows system sounds to be directed towards the transceiver.
