BCC QSO Party:
Added support for the Bavarian Contest Club QSO
Party. Select the "BCC QSO Party" template. Any
non-dupe QSO with a BCC member (sends BCC instead
of a serial) counts as a mult. QSOs with DA0BCC
count as 10 mults on both CW and SSB.
Multiplier counts may not be correct if you edit or
zap QSOs. However, they will be correct any time you
start SD. SDCHECK shows the correct Claimed Score
in your Cabrillo log.
