I also found a problem with the HQ entries.  I'm using the 
"Post-Contest" facility, not having computer logging.  Two of my entries 
for VA3RAC - the HQ station in my own call area - did not show up as a 
Bonus contact.  The other three did, including consecutive QSOs on 15M 
and 10M.  I'd sent an e-mail to Paul directly already, but seeing the 
other comments today figured I'd add mine!
