The October RSGB CW Club Sprint takes place on Thursday
9th, from 2000 - 2130 Local Time (BST) on 80m, 3520-3570,
with a slow-speed CW section from 3550-3570.

There are QRP (10w) and LP (100w) sections. HP is not
permitted.

Rules at www.vhfcc.org/hfcc/rules/2008/rsprint.shtml.
Check out the "Example CW QSOs" section at the end of
the rules.

SD V14.11 supports the Sprint, and is free from
www.ei5di.com

Select the "RSGB 80m Sprint" template.

Work everyone. Exchange Serial + Name - no RST.

Following any QSO where you called CQ or QRZ, you must
QSY at least 2 kHz (before replying to another station's
CQ or QRZ), and at least 5 kHz before calling CQ.

V14.11 shows your frequency offset after each QSO - to
let you know how far you still have to QSY.

Send your Cabrillo log, from SDCHECK, as an attached
file to cwsprint.logs@rsgbhfcc.org.

If you currently have V14.09 or earlier, please download
V14.11, otherwise your Cabrillo header records will be
incomplete.

Please mention SD in your Cabrillo soapbox comments.

73,
Paul EI5DI
