[SD-User] Rig keying problem.

Hi Brian.

I just got this evening that as a first time SD user.  My old software 
used pin 7 of the 9 pin serial connector to key the rig.  When I moved 
it over to pin 4 it worked OK, but very very slow (a different problem).
