With the exception of the SHARE command, there is no user control
for serial ports. When using WinKey, separate ports must be
selected (using the PORTS command) for keying and rig control.

With SHARE enabled (no WinKey), a single port supports keying,
PTT, and rig-control.

   DTR - Keying
   RTS - PTT
   XMT - Rig Control
   RCV - Rig Control

When using rig control, with SHARE disabled, DTR and RTS are
held high and may be used to power some level converters for
rig control.
