LOAD Command:
The automatic LOAD, at startup, was broken.
Fixed.
CQWW Zones (USA):
Zone exceptions are hard-coded by callsign.
CQWW:
Country Multiplier File CQWW.CTY updated.
It is included in V15.21, but is available
separately from www.ei5di.com/sd/cqww.zip
