Hi Rick, the old DOS pre-v9.97 could be 'persuaded' to, but not now.
While N1MM does not, you can write your own 'UDC' file to accomplish the
job, (the 5 points for working a member stn would have to be edited after
the contest) see the help file in the folder n1mm\User Defined Contests.
