[SD-User] SD for FT-817

Hello Paul,

I found no file ft817.sd in my old sd version and used ft897.sd, 
which seems to play ok.

When I realized, that my registration had expired. I registered 
today again. After download, I saw that the new release V15.39 has 
a ft817.sd file  - so, I think, everything will be fine.

I am very pleased about SD ! (I use and like also the powerbasic 
compiler you use !)
