CW Open Contest:
Shift-Tab (Reverse Tab) from the exchange
field caused a crash. Fixed, thanks K4GM.
In the exchange field, SD switches the data
entry mode to Insert (INS under the callsign)
to facilitate entering a serial when the Name
has been pre-filled. This could toggle your
default data entry mode from Overwrite (OVR)
to INS. Fixed.
SDCHECK:
Broken code in V16.00 caused SDCHECK to halt
with a spurious "Missing Template" message
