The REF contest takes place from 0600 UTC Saturday 22nd
to 1759 UTC Sunday 23rd February. It is SSB-only on the
5 contest bands from 80-10m, with HP, LP (100w) and QRP
(5w) sections,

SD V17.29 is free from www.ei5di.com.
Select the "REF, DX" template (DX entrants)
"REF, France" template (French entrants)
and SSB as your mode.
French stations send their département number or
country prefix (Overseas Territories). All others
send a serial, and work "French" stations only -
with multipliers for départements and certain
country prefixes - as listed in SD's multiplier
window.
French stations include Mainland France, Corsica,
and French Overseas Territories.
There's no need to worry about which countries, apart
from France, you can work for points, as SD displays
ineligible calls in red.
After the contest, use SDCHECK to create a Cabrillo
log, and send it to cdfssb@ref-union.org
