It seems to me that, in almost all cases, the Location
is evident from the entrant's callsign, and this tag
is redundant.
However, contest organisers don't always listen :-)
I have added the parameter CAB-CATEGORY-LOCATION :DX
to the template file QREFDX.TPL. This will cure this
problem in future.

Hi! When uploading the Cabrillo log to REF, the contest robot didn't
accept the log. It said; Location not in log.
The Cabrillo log must contain the line: LOCATION: DX for contesters
not in France and French dominions.
Just edited the log, and the robot accepted it OK.
