During the second period, SD warned me of DUPE. So I disregarded this. At the beginning of 2nd period it's easy to know that it is not a real DUPE, but, after a while, you must search through the log to be sure.

Are you saying the SETDUPE command did not work?

Another remark, but also probably not due to SD:
HSC recommend to make reports with LM. I've been unable to export the Cabrillo file (.LOG) to LM, apparently because of column alignments which are not compatible.

Column alignments have no significance in Cabrillo - all that
matters is that each field in a QSO record is separated by at
least one space - the number of spaces is not significant.

It's LM that is incompatible with Cabrillo :-)

However, it's easy to change SDCHECK's Cabrillo column
alignment - by editing the MAP parameters in the template
file QHSC.TPL.

Here are the parameters

MAP :41 3 44 'RST Sent
MAP :FIXED 0 48 'Membership Number Sent
MAP :27 12 54 'Call Rcvd
MAP :50 3 67 'RST Rcvd
MAP :54 8 71 'Membership Number Rcvd

The last parameter says - starting at the 54th character in
the .ALL QSO record, take 8 characters and place them in
the Cabrillo .LOG QSO record starting at the 71st character
postion (leading and trailing spaces are trimmed).

You are free to edit these parameters so that LM will accept
them :-)
