Yes, I first heard about this earlier today.  It's due to
the Points parameters in the template file QRSGAFS.TPL not
being updated for 40m.

A corrected version is available from www.ei5di.com/qrsgafs.zip

This unzips to QRSGAFS.TPL and it should replace the existing
file of the same name in your SD folder.

However, none of this matters too much as every QSO in AFS is
10 points, so it's easy to calculate a claimed score, and Cabrillo
file contain no scoring information for individual QSOs - the
contest sponsors are obliged to independently score all logs
submitted.
