[SD-User] Toggling keyboard and logging

Using the latest SD version (but also noticed on older versions):

Whenever I toggle to keyboard the keyboard does not send CW.
Toggling back makes the F keys inoperative and nothing works.
I have then to END and restart SD to use the F keys.

Is this peculiar to my HP T60 laptop? (My station runs on XP)
