RSGB Commonwealth Contest:
Updated HQ stations and country file.
Tesla Memorial Contest:
Updated for new scoring, and 40m added.
CW Speed Control:
With Winkey enabled, and speed controlled by Page Up and
Page Down on the keyboard (the WKSPEED command toggles
control between the keyboard and WinKey's pot). Page Up
and Page Down work in all fields on the logging line, not
just the callsign field.
Colours:
After entering a callsign, and going to the next field,
the call's backgound colour occasionally changed. Fixed.
UBA Spring Contest:
Updated the QSO record format in Cabrillo.
