Russian 160m DX Contest:
Template updated to refer to the correct Oblast (.MLT) file.
Scoring updated - double points for SSB QSOs.

Internal CW Keyer:
Fixed type-ahead in keyboard mode. It's generally no more
than a single character for internal keying.

When installing a new version of SD, to replace an older
version, take care to "untick" the box corresponding to
"Create a desktop icon". Otherwise you may have to resize
SD's window, and set other parameters described in GETTING
STARTED on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.
