V22.12   17 October 2024
General Purpose Logging Template.
This is a new template for any contest not already supported
with a specific template.  It replaces the former "General"
templates, and creates Cabrillo logs as appropriate.s
Points and mults are not tracked, but that doesn't matter
so much now - as Cabrillo logs are all scored independently
  by contest sponsors.
At startup, users can select options for
RST Exchanged       - Yes or No
Serials Sent        - Yes or No
Fixed Exchange Sent - Yes or No
Serials Received    - Yes or No
If rig-control is not enabled, you should change SD's band
and mode, as appropriate, before logging any QSOs
When logging, there is no need to type a space between the
serial-received, if any, and the next exchange element. SD
inserts leading zeros in serials to to keep things looking
tidy, and a space as necessary between the serial and the
  next element logged.
Contests with district codes as multipliers:
These are generally identified as Type 4 or Type 10 in
  the corresponding template files.
For example, CQP (California QSO Party) uses templates
  QCQP.TPL and QCQPDX.TPL.
Users have to log a valid district code. Following an
edit to delete the code, SD would fail on a re-start of
  the log.
Fixed. SD alerts the user to QSOs with invalid district
codes, but continues loading as normal. Thanks K1TN.
Tennessee QSO Party:
Updated template file supplied for the non-TN side - to
inhibit dupe checking for mobiles. Thanks NQ2W.

SD is free from www.ei5di.com
When replacing an older version of SD, take care to "untick"
the box corresponding to "Create a desktop icon" during the
installation process.  Otherwise you may have to resize SD's
window, and set other parameters as described in GETTING
STARTED on page 3 of the manual SD.PDF.
In any case, these parameters must be set if you are running
Windows 11 and SD's colours do not look like this -
http://www.ei5di.com/sdscreen.html
Before any CW contest, check your Function Key message
contents and edit the parameters as necessary - they are not
updated automatically for each contest.
Use Shift_F1, F2 as appropriate to edit the parameters.
If you find bugs in V22.12, report them to sd-user (at)
