[SECC] SECC TEAMS FOR NAQP CW

Well, this is one hell of a time to bring this up, but I cannot get NA
to initialize with my cw interface on Comm1. In fact, no matter how I
set it, it says "NO KEYER"

Is there an equivilent contest format I might use, either in NA or CT?
