Sorry, Gary.  But that station was XE2AUB.  I find 2 and 4 very hard to
distinguish from each other on SSB.  There used to be a 9J2 active in
SSB contests who said 400 just like it was 200.  I asked him to count it
and he said (to me it sounded like) 1 2 3 2 hundred.   I felt I was
probably the only (or one of the few) who logged him as 400, which would
be what his log showed.  However, I have worked XE2AUB in many contests
and worked him on 10 meters (and heard him several other times while
sweeping the bands) and it was the same guy--XE2AUB.  I have begun to
listen very carefully to the digits 2 and 4 to try to be sure I get it
right.  Secondarily, it is hard to distinguish 2 and 3 sometimes.  And,
of course, I have always had a hard time telling 50 watts from 60 watts,
