Greg and SECCers
My accountant already did the taxes...thank God we don't get all the =
government we pay for!
Summer ham radio projects:
1. Replace HAM-3 rotator with T2X (28-ft boom X9 and 2-el 40 need =
stronger brake)
2. Something permanent for 80 and 160 (this involves cutting down trees =
to make room,
plus burying coax and control cables)
3. Low band receiving antennas (array of K9AY loops plus seasonally =
installed Beverages)
4. Also gotta gather enough wires and tubing to haul to Wisconsin for =
Field Day. I've never=20
done FD from our family's lake cabin, so this is the year for 1B-1Op =
Battery.
I'll dig out one of my homebrew rigs for a while this weekend to =
participate in the QRP ARCI=20
Spring QSO Party. I'm traveling for WPX CW. After FD, the next =
contests from home are=20
GQP and August NAQP.
73, Gary
K9AY
-------------------------------------------
is the reflector in use?
is this reflector in use??
Everybody must be doing taxes..
since the next major contest is 7 or so weekends away (cq wpx cw)
anybody doing major antenna work or station changes they want to share =
with the club?
