[SECC] Wayne was listening

While at Dayton, I lobbied Wayne, the author of Writelog to fix up the
module for GQP.  He mentioned my earlier note, and was positive about it.
No promise, but since it seems to be an easy change from the FQP, it might
make it to the list.

We will see...
