I operated high power (800-1000W), made lots of band changes, called CQ =
on dead bands and generally considered it my job to drum up business. =
After getting intentionally QRMed on 20 SSB for the third or fourth =
time, I quit trying after a couple QSOs. Phone was better on 15, with a =
little action on 10 early on Sunday (I had a much better 10M SSB run =
last year). Overall, CW was the most productive mode.
I couldn't justify spending as much time in the hamshack as I had =
planned -- too many other things to get done. Then we got an invitation =
for dinner Sunday evening and I missed the last 3-1/2 hours. =20

26 of the 260 QSOs were DX, including one JA on each mode on 15 and an =
ESP-level QSO with PA3ARM on 15 CW Sunday morning. DX stations worked =
on more than one band/mode were LY3BA, OK1FCA, PA3ARM and M0SDX. My =
single 10M CW QSO was N9RV who moved me there.
My log is full of Georgia stations -- activity was good from both fixed =
and mobile stations. Too bad I couldn't work the mobiles via scatter on =
20 and 15. K5OT was the only mobile worked on the high bands, when he =
was in nearby Hall county. 40 was much better. I enjoyed working Dan, =
N0TK on two bands - he lived just down the street from me in Colorado.=20
