Thanks everyone! I got the info on several rigs...FT1000D and MP, =
TS870,
FT920, IC761, TenTec Omni and a couple others. . It looks like the =
primary
connector type for external input is a phono jack.
I am working on some lowband receive antennas and accessories to make
and sell to the ham community.
I'll fill you in when things come together. In the meantime, don't buy =
any=20
Beverage, EWE or pennant transformers without checking with me!

------------------
I have a request for SECC members...
Can you tell me what type of jack your rig uses for the external =
antenna input (e.g. Beverages). Does it also have an antenna out (after =
the T/R relay) so you can insert accessories such as preamps and filters =
for the receiver, even when using the TX antenna? =20
My ICOM 765 and previously-owned 745 had a jumper between RX antenna =
OUT and IN, both phono (RCA) jacks. Don't have any idea about other =
brands and models.
Many thanks!=20
