I agree totally with Bill on his operating plans, but current FCC
regulations clearly state what modes are available and where.
Hollingsworth does not, contrary to the ARRL, and his own opinions,
have that power. If the FCC wants to change the regulations, fine, but
the ARRL is not part of the FCC, contrary to their opinion.
