Can't do it. The radius is set by ARRL rules to 175 miles
and by CQ rules to 275 km, which is 171 miles.
I think I saw on this reflector that CQ doesn't have a distance
limit. Well, they do, and it is actually LESS that the ARRL's.
Although, I see nothing wrong with moving the circle pre or
post contest, depending on participation.
